It's always good to run into old friends, especially those whose opinion you trust. I was telling my friend how we were in negotiations with a custom cabinetmaker and a big box store to remodel our kitchen. At the mention of the big box store she said, "Oh no,you're not." She had recently remodeled her kitchen and was so happy with it. I had seen it, it was absolutely beautiful and well done. She gave me the name of the company, Turning Point Cabinetry, and told me to call them right away.
I told my husband and we agreed to give yet another company a try.
From our first meeting we felt that this was going to be a good fit. At no time did we feel any pressure at all. This was going to be a remodel for us to enjoy our kitchen to its fullest throughout our retirement years.I have lived in enough houses to know what I wanted in terms of a functional kitchen. Now all we had to do is get it down on paper, Jack at Turning Point Cabinetry tweaked the plans and tweaked the plans until we were satisfied that this was it ! Jacks designs gave us an excellent idea of what the final design would look like. His years of experience gave him the background to know what could or could not be done. He took the time to figure out how we could make things work and look the way we wanted.
Our entire kitchen was gutted from floor to ceiling. Jack coordinated with other contractors to do the electrical, plumbing, tile, ceiling and granite counter tops. All in all,we're very, very pleased with the end result.Words cannot begin to describe how happy we are with our new kitchen.
At all times Jack was available with questions or concerns we had. We'd email him and have an answer back as soon as he could reply. We would not hesitate to give him an excellent referral and have done so on numerous occasions. We have already asked if he could do a few other things for us.The quality of his work is top notch. We could not ask for more.
