His experience shows when there is a design question and he comes with a solution that works even better than the homeowners original vision. The team he chooses to work with is very proud of their work and it shows in the quality of the planning, during the construction and the finished product. Jack and his team are always on time, clean and courteous. They always listen and genuinely want the customer happy with the end result. I knew when I asked a question, whether it was the layout, color or a change, I would get an honest and timely answer. After the project was finished, they made themselves available for any post project questions. And, if there is any touch up that was needed, I received an immediate response and personalized attention. I wish all businesses conducted themselves like Turning Point. They make a large project much easier and make you feel confident about the investment in your home improvement. I will be using them again for my laundry room !
